1. About Spacer

Spacer is a template-based interactive property visualisation platform operated by Skillhouse Private Limited, Bhuj, Gujarat, India.

Spacer enables property developers to publish their project layouts online in an interactive format, accessible to prospective buyers, brokers, and agents.

Skillhouse is a technology provider only and is not a real estate agent, broker, or party to any property transaction.

2. Who These Terms Apply To

These Terms apply to all users of the Spacer platform including property developers who purchase Spacer for their projects, and visitors who browse published project pages.

3. Nature of Information on the Platform

All project data displayed on Spacer — including plot layouts, dimensions, pricing, availability, and documents — is uploaded by the respective property developer.

Skillhouse does not verify, validate, or endorse any such information.

All content is provided for informational and visual reference purposes only.

Nothing displayed on Spacer constitutes a legal offer, binding representation, or guarantee of any kind.

Spacer data cannot be used as evidence in any legal proceeding.

4. CAD-Based System

Spacer is a template-based platform, similar in principle to how YouTube works for video.

Project layouts are published within our platform framework based strictly on the CAD drawings submitted by the developer.

Skillhouse builds and displays what is present in the CAD file — nothing beyond it.

5. Developer Responsibility

Developers are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all data published on their Project Page.

Any complaint, dispute, or legal action arising from project data is entirely the developer's responsibility.

Skillhouse bears no liability for any such matter.

6. Intellectual Property

The Spacer platform, including its technology, design, and framework, is the exclusive intellectual property of Skillhouse Private Limited.

Project data uploaded by developers remains the intellectual property of the respective developer.

Developers may share and embed their Project Page but may not white-label or resell Spacer as their own product.

7. Platform Updates

Skillhouse continuously works to improve the platform and will share most updates with active projects in good faith.

However, updates are not guaranteed and may not apply to all projects due to technical limitations.

Skillhouse is under no obligation to deliver any specific update or feature.

8. Pricing

Skillhouse reserves the right to change pricing at any time.

The price agreed at the time of purchase is locked for that specific purchase only.

Renewal and add-on pricing is subject to rates applicable at the time of renewal.

9. Limitation of Liability

Skillhouse's liability to any party shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific project in question.

Skillhouse is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or third-party loss arising from use of the platform or content published on it.

10. Changes to These Terms

Skillhouse may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Bhuj, Gujarat, India.
