Refund Policy

No Refund Policy

All payments made to Skillhouse Private Limited for Spacer projects are non-refundable once project setup has commenced.

Spacer is a bespoke, project-specific service. From the moment a project is initiated, Skillhouse commits resources including CAD processing, platform configuration, and project build work.

Given this, no refund will be issued under any of the following circumstances:

• Change of mind after project setup has begun
• Failure to supply CAD files or other required materials in a timely manner
• Unused dashboard access or Project Page
• Project cancellation or business changes on the developer's side
• Dissatisfaction with the visual output where the output is consistent with the CAD file provided
• Termination of access due to breach of Terms and Conditions

Disputes

If you believe there is a genuine issue with service delivery that falls outside the above, please contact us in writing. Both parties agree to first attempt resolution in good faith before pursuing any other remedy.
