Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the Developer

A developer may cancel their Spacer project or account at any time by providing written notice to Skillhouse via email.

A notice period of 30 days applies from the date of written notice. Upon expiry of the notice period, dashboard access will be revoked and the Project Page will be taken offline.

Cancellation does not entitle the developer to any refund of fees already paid. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

Cancellation by Skillhouse

Skillhouse reserves the right to suspend or cancel a developer's access and Project Page at its discretion, including in situations where the developer is in breach of the Terms and Conditions, where Skillhouse receives a valid legal or regulatory direction, or where continued hosting presents a risk to Skillhouse or the platform.

Hosting Period Expiry

At the end of the purchased Hosting Period (minimum 3 years), the Project Page will be scheduled for takedown.

Developers will be notified 30 days prior to expiry. Additional hosting years can be purchased as add-ons at prevailing rates to keep the Project Page live.

Data After Cancellation

Following cancellation or expiry, developer data will be retained for 90 days before deletion.

Developers may request earlier deletion or a data export in writing within this window.
